We love the fact that our team is made out of different cultures. We believe it makes us richer and adds value to our company and the experiences we offer to our guests.
Kay Tours Mexico says no to any kind of violence, racism, discrimination, in any form and we want to make sure that everyone knows what we stand for.
The world is our home and everyone should be free to choose where and how to live in it, while being treated equally and fair.
Our logo has changed to express our support for several causes.
June has long been recognized as LGBTQ Pride Month and we want to make sure the LGBTQ community knows that we welcome everyone, although we never explicitly mentioned it, because we thought it would be obvious.
I actually would like to apologize for that! I would like to apologize for not mentioning it.
I am always preaching that there can’t be too much communication and while writing this blog-post I realize I never spoke out loud that everyone is welcome. It is that obvious!
We included the raised fist in our logo to show our support, unity and solidarity with oppressed peoples. It makes us sad, what we humans are capable of doing to each other and it matters to us to let the world know that we stand with those who are oppressed and not treated equally.
We chose to include animals in our logo to show that we care and do not support any activities with animals in captivity. If you love animals like us then there really is only one way to get up close to them and enjoy their company. That is by observing them in their natural habitat, and not in captivity.
The best place to see dolphins in the Riviera Maya is NOT in a dolphinarium, but in the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve. The best place to observe sea-life is NOT in a fish tank, but in our tours to Puerto Morelos, Isla Mujeres or Whale Shark Encounter.
We consider it as part of our job to educate our guests about the beauty mother nature has to offer and think we have a unique opportunity to show you so many things you probably will never forget.

We are fully aware that there are hundreds of other causes and things that are not right in our society, we could mention here. The fact that we have not mentioned them, does not mean that we support them, nor ignore them.
We are here to live our lives in harmony and want everyone to be able to do the same. In the best case everyone is able to visit Mexico and is able to wholeheartedly enjoy this beautiful country and what it has to offer.
